All transactions are processed securely.
Malaysia Shipping
• Orders placed before 3PM are shipped the same day (Mon–Fri).
• Orders after 3PM ship the next working day.
• Standard delivery times: 1–3 working days depending on location.
• All parcels include tracking.
Local courier partners may vary depending on volume, region and product type.
International Shipping
• International orders are shipped via DHL Express.
• Delivery times vary by destination (typically 3–7 working days).
• Tracking number will be provided once shipped.
Customs Duties & Taxes
Import duties, VAT, and local taxes (if applicable)
are borne and payable by the customer upon arrival in their country.
Nemuree Shop is not responsible for customs delays or charges.
Order Processing

• Limited releases and special packs may require additional verification.
• Shipping details cannot be changed after dispatch.

• We currently do not ship to countries with strict footwear import restrictions.
