Malaysia Returns & Exchanges

We accept size exchanges within 3 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility
• Item must be unused
• Original condition only
• Box and tags intact
• Proof of purchase required

Non-returnable items
• Used or worn items
• Clearance / last-size products
• Limited releases (if stated)
• Socks, insoles, personal-wear items

Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for sizing issues, defects, or wrong item received.
Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the mistake is on our side.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued if exchange stock is unavailable or if a product defect is confirmed.
